Bonjour Anabela, Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu vous recevoir de nouveau au sein de notre camping. Nous proposons plusieurs types d'emplacements, dont certains dotés d'une connexion Wi-Fi. C'est une offre payante pour une meilleure qualité de connexion, conformément à ce que proposent la plupart des campings aujourd'hui. Cela est clairement indiqué sur notre brochure descriptive. Pour information, trois de nos animatrices sont françaises. Les annonces sont toujours faites en français et en néerlandais, avec une traduction en anglais, si besoin : afin que tout le monde puisse comprendre et participer. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas perçu tous ces éléments et surtout, que vous n'ayez pas pris le temps de nous évoquer vos impressions sur place, de vive voix. Un camping à taille humaine, propre et bien entretenu! C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous y rendons. Nous apprécions les piscines et plus particulièrement celle couverte pour les petits enfants, les nombreux arbres qui apportent de l'ombre et la verdure, le mix d'emplacements et de bungalows, la taille des emplacements, la petite plage sur l'étang et le calme.
Il manque à mon sens un peu plus de choix à l'épicerie et plus d'éclairage dans les allées.

Grand emplacement avec de l'ombre où nous avons pu mettre 1 grande tente, 1 séjour, une petite tente et la voiture tout en laissant de la place pour jouer! Proche des sanitaires et pas trop loin des piscines! Au top!!

Lors de notre première nuit y a eut enormement de bruit rire, crie et parler très fort toute la nuit venant des mobilhomes. En sachant que la personne qui fesais la sécurité à tourner toute la nuit, on a eut l'impression qu'il n'agissait en rien du tout

In the context of our Qualidog label: several new features have been added to our campsite, including the creation of a cani-park, a cani-shower and a doggie bar. We have taken note of your comments concerning the distance to the sanitary block. Please note that our campsite is very spacious, so that everyone can enjoy their own space and take advantage of our many activities. This may mean a short distance between pitches and sanitary blocks, but we are constantly working to improve our facilities for the comfort of our guests. We were shown to our pitch and it was awful. This is not up to Castels standard! Very scruffy and dark, overgrown and nothing open! We opted to leave and moved on to a much nicer site.

We offered you several pitches in all areas of the campsite so that you could make your choice. Unfortunately, none of them suited you. As already said on site, we would like to confirm once again that we take full responsibility for the upkeep of our campsite, using reasonable mowing and pruning methods. However, we thank you for sharing your comment, as it gives us the opportunity to inform our future guests that at Domaine Les Bois du Bardelet they will find a site maintenance that respects the biodiversity of the flora and fauna. Wild plants (such as orchids) are as important as horticultural plants: this is what makes our establishment special. Large secluded pitch Nice areas to walk Calm peaceful surroundings
Bar and restaurant were closed on Wednesday, limited menu and small choice of drinks. I can see no reason why the start of the season would cause this. Disappointed that it was as cash only with no warning! Luckily we had money with us or it could have been embarrassing. Toilet / laundry /washing up facilities - strange mix and really didn’t like the open urinals being the first thing you see!

We loved the swimming pool and the range of facilities and activities. The bins were well organised. The toilets and showers were pretty clean.
The food in the restaurant wasn't great. One of our sons was sick after eating some chicken nuggets at the restaurant. We had to get up early on our last morning to catch the Eurotunnel in Calais but we were kept awake until 11:15pm by a very noisy, rowdy karaoke party which blared across the entire campsite. We didn't expect that from a campsite which welcomes young children.

It looked like it may have had a locked private bathroom. We'd have welcomed the opportunity to pay a bit more for a private bathroom.

Reception were helpful choosing the right pitch to meet our needs. The restaurant helped with allergies. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Occasional cold showers in the late afternoon. Part of the outdoor swimming pool and slide area were very uncomfortable to walk on.

Wir haben eine Woche auf Ihrem Campingplatz verbracht und konnten sehen, dass Sie sich als Team grüße Mühe geben, den Platz in Schuss zu halten. Leider sind auf dem Campingplatz sehr viele Menschen und viele Gäste nehmen es mit der Sauberkeit nicht besonders genau. Die Toiletten waren oft dreckig und die Spülbecken ebenso und das, obwohl wir sehen konnten, dass regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Wenn manche Gäste keinen Wert auf Ordnung legen, ist man machtlos. Aber leider haben wir darunter gelitten.
Wir empfehlen, dass die Anlage überholt wird. Trennung von Wasch-, Dusch-, Toiletten-und Spülbereich. Statt überhall private Sanitäranlagen aufzustellen, bräuchte es mehr Spülbecken (überdacht, aber nicht zwangsweise im Haus) und mehr WCs und Duschen. Es verlagert sich alles auf die vorderen Kabinen, die auch noch von Menschen besucht werden, die im Schwimmbad sind oder in der Bar. Das ist einfach zu viel. Die Böden werden immer nass gewischt, bleiben aber nass und die Gäste laufen gleich schon durch. Dadurch ist der Boden immer direkt wieder dreckig...es bräuchte ein System..

Der Stellplatz war sehr groß und schön schattig.
Wir empfanden es so, dass auf dem Campingplatz zu viel angeboten, aber auf die kleinen schönen Dinge kein Wert gelegt wird. Die Bar könnte so viel schöner sein. Die Betreiber sind total sympathisch und freundlich, aber es könnte einfach schöner gestaltet werden. Der Minigolf-Platz wirkt sehr lieblos. Es ist alles in allem eine schöne Anlage, aber für uns war das Konzept einfach nicht stimmig.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn alle Waschhäuser geöffnet gewesen wären. Auch die Geschirrspülbecken hätten ruhig alle benutzbar sein können. Schön wäre auch, wenn es jeden Tag frische Baguette gegeben hätte. Lag alles vielleicht daran, dass noch keine Hochsaison war.

We hadden een ruime standplaats en het sanitair gebouw heeft goed warm water.
Op de andere campings van de organisatie "Les Castels" was ook een chateau of kasteel waar de camping omheen gebouwd was. Ik weet niet beter of deze organisatie staat hier bekend om. Hier is geen (oud) gebouw wat maar in de buurt komt en lijkt op een chateau of kasteel. Ik begrijp dus werkelijk niet waarom deze camping hierbij aangesloten is (aangezien de prijzen bij deze organisatie ook hoger zijn dan andere campings).

Gezin met 1 baby, 2 kinderen en 1 tiener. Zeer moeilijk om dingen te doen want overal begeleiding nodig bij de kinderen, zelfs bij die van 11 en 13 jaar. Ze mogen nergens alleen. In het zwembad mag ook bijna niets of je wordt aangesproken. Geen speeltjes, niet springen . In een zwembad? Dochter van net 13 mocht niet let kleine zusje van de glijbaan in het speelbal? Ze is klein, rustig en weegt slechts 35kg , en ze was 2dagen 13jaar???? Verder wel heel tevreden, goed onderhouden park, Zeer net

De camping is netjes maar wel gedateerd. Het zwembad oogt heel mooi op de site en foto's maar in werkelijkheid zeer gedateerd. Wel is het schoon maar oud.....
Komen controleren bij weg gaan. Op dat moment stonden wij te wachten maar kwam er niemand op het afgesproken uur. Naar de receptie geweest, maar moesten maar wachten.... Zijn uiteindelijk toch doorgereden zonder controle.....

Ligging park is goed en veel mogelijkheden voor gezinnen met kinderen.
De fataliteiten waren beperkt geopend: buitenzwembad niet geopend, binnenzwembad zeer sterke chloorlucht. Restaurant beide dagen gesloten. Sanitair beperkt toegankelijk en deel daarvan was defect.

Hygiëne en onderhoud van camping is ondermaats. Zeker geen 5sterren waard. Douchen en wc's waren altijd vuil Gras zou gemaaid moeten worden en snoeien van bomen en struiken is ook dringend nodig.

Eerst plek was veel te klein volgens onze caravan, ondanks dat wij afmetingen doorgestuurd hadden naar camping. Tweede plek mocht eens gesnoeid worden.

helemaal niets , wij zijn naar 1 dag vertrokken, we werden zomaar tussen de chalets gepropt we moesten de camper strak langs de weg zetten, waar veel kinderen fietste zodat de kans op beschadigingen groot was . het gras was ongeveer 25 cm hoog ,zodat we er nog niet eens normaal door konden lopen, verder liepen er veel honden los .
