The staff could not have been more helpful. Lots of activities to do. Fishing lake full of big carp. Our original pitches given were tiny. We were then given much larges pitches although not exactly together. It didn't matter though. . Brigit was amazing.

Another lovely stay after being postponed 2 years because of covid..lovely site and staff are amazing
The toilets and shower block up by exit are a bit dated now..same as when we stayed 9 years ago…and we had a very grumpy neighbour who complained about everything and everyone ..we are people in our 50,s so we are not part animals by any means just wanted to have a good time..but apart from that we had a wonderful time as always at bardelet..????

Pizza ordered the first night wasn’t cooked. Bought my wife off with a dessert.
Some showers not working. Too long to fix them. No urgency. No care. Recycling not policed. Waste was placed in bins regardless of the labels. So why bother? A Gaullist shrug would be your answer.

Pitch was fine
After being shown where to pitch, THREE days later told we were on the wrong pitch and had to move. In the rain!! We refused being as it wasn’t our fault and consequently not our problem. After an argument this was accepted but no rekeyed to us!!

The pitches are very nice, secluded, large enough
There were too many children on the site and the whole campsite is clearly orientated towards families. The swimming pool is too small and full of kids. An adult only swimming pool area would have been welcome.

Pitch under trees reasonable size. Not many toilets or showers open at time of stay for size of campsite but very clean. Lovely outdoor pool, indoor quite small. A lot of activities for families.
Took a long time to check in, we arrived on a bank holiday weekend and they did not seem clear which pitched were available.

Les piscines sont très bien. Le bar est également sympathique avec un bon choix de glaces à prix abordables
Voisin en camping car qui laisse tourner sa clim toute la nuit, impossible de dormir. C’est d’autant plus stupide qu’il fait 15deg la nuit… Le camping n’y est pour rien mais il me semble qu’on pourrait mettre au règlement que les clims doivent être coupées après minuit par exemple

Nos 5 étoiles nous ont été attribuées par un organisme dédié en vue de tous les critères que nous respectons : les dimensions de nos emplacements, le quota de sanitaires par rapport au nombre d'emplacements, un service de garde la nuit... Nous y avons été entre amis pour un EVG sur le thème "week-end pêche". Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu. Les installations sont très propres, il y a des activités dédiés à toutes les tranches d'âges, tout le confort possible et le personnel est vraiment très agréable.

étang de pêche pas praticable cause des grandes herbes et très peu poissonneux pourtant nous avons connu un belle étang la raison de notre présences, besoin d'une bonne rénovation des sanitaires encore des carrelages des années 70 ! et le comble plus de bouteille d'eau en dépannage il est loin le petit magasin que nous avons connu nous sommes quand même dans un 5 étoiles !!!

En ce qui concerne l'étang de pêche, vous nous voyez étonnés par ces remarques partagées, étant donné les bons retours des autres pêcheurs sur place. Cependant, cela peut certainement s'expliquer par les fortes chaleurs récentes, dans ce genre de situations, les poissons se réfugient au fond pour plus de fraicheur. Sachez que les pontons sont dégagés régulièrement et le reste des bordures laissées naturelles avec la réalisation d'une seule fauche par an. Nous regrettons vos impressions. Effectivement, les livraisons ont pris un peu de temps pour arriver au sein de notre point de dépannage. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour cet incident exceptionnel, indépendant de notre volonté. Nous n'avons fait qu'une étape de 1 nuit, dommage nous avons trouvé le camping très agréable et calme.
Le jour d'arrivée avec une caravane, difficulté à savoir où se stationner le temps de passer à l'accueil. Sinon on a apprécié l'accompagnement par une personne à vélo jusqu'à l'emplacement.

camping est très propre question sanitaire le personnel du restaurant très sympathique surtout le portugais ?? avec un prix intéressant avec la carte ACSI .
Un séjour au début un peut perturbé par des irlandais assez bruyant et peut respectueux du vivre ensemble mais je pense que la direction a pris la décision de les éjecté du camping et un autre point négatif au niveau de la piscine beaucoup de fissures sur les parties du bord de la piscine un risque de coupure surtout pour les enfants moi même je me suis fait mal au doigt je trouve que pour un 5 étoiles ?? c'est pas acceptable.

Nous avons loué notre tente via Decathlon et elle a été livrée sur place. Nous sommes sommes ravis, les enfants ont adoré. Il y a des piscines pour tous les âges, le petit tour de canoë sur le lac a ravi notre grand de 5 ans qui a vu un héron s'envolé. La petite s'est amusée à la pataugeoir, à l'air de jeux, sur la petite plage... Premier camping avec les enfants on refera !
Nous n'avons pris que 3 nuits, c'était trop court ! La prochaine fois ça sera pour plus longtemps !

Le cadre et l’agencement du camping est bien.
Malgré le règlement expliqué lors de notre arrivée, à savoir que l’on ne rentre plus avec un véhicule après 23h. Un nouvel arrivant a été guidé jusqu’à l’emplacement à côté de nous vers 23h30. Ceux-ci ont monté leur tentes non sans bruit et malgré la venue du garde une deuxième fois leur demandant de faire moins de bruit et de parler moins fort… ceux-ci ont continué jusqu’à 2h30 ! Bonjour le respect d’autrui. Résultat, je ne pense pas revenir un jour dans votre camping.

Très beau site joliment fleuri, sanitaires hyper propres et personnel aimable et serviable. L'étang avec la possibilité de faire du canoë est un plus. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 jeunes enfants.
La restauration sur place est chère et très limitée en termes de choix, surtout pour des enfants. La température de l'eau des piscines est le gros bémol : trop froide, notamment la pataugeoire couverte, vraiment dommage car elle est pas ailleurs super sympa.

Le week-end s’est bien passé dommage que la piscine extérieur soit très froide que niveau restauration cela est très cher pour ce qui est proposé et qu’il n’y ai aucune animation le soir malgré que ça soit le mois de mai pour un 5 étoiles cela devrait être le cas niveau Des piscines devoir rentrer sortir ressortir rentrerd’une piscine à l’autre tous les enfants sont tombés malade pas étonnant chaud-froid ça fait pas bon ménage Au niveau de la baignoire bébé ce qui manque c’est qu’un un cache personne car nous voyons tout ce qui se passe les bébés n’ont pas forcément besoin des dénudées de tous

Es ist schade, dass die Information „keine Bermudas als Badehose“ erst am Platz erfolgt ist. Mein Sohn hatte keine eng anliegende Badehose dabei, wir mussten zunächst eine einkaufen.

Anders de naam Les Castles deed vermoeden vonden we hier geen kasteel. Een drukkere camping met weinig en gedateerd sanitair. Gelukkig hebben we lekker kunnen zwemmen en ook nog goed gegeten in het restaurant. Als doortrek camping leuk. En gelukkig leuke buren.

Douche niet warm en wisselt van koud naar lauw. Toiletpapier in slecht systeem, geeft veel losse papierrommel. Zwembad veel te vol. Te veel regeltjes bij het zwembad, een kind van 118 cm mag niet alleen van de glijbaan, 120 cm wordt heeeel strak aangehouden. Barpersoneel praat slecht engels. Wifi gekocht maar werkt niet. Wifi gratis bij de bar werkt ook niet.

Hele gezellige camping, naar ons zin gehad. Wordt veel georganiseerd dus hoeft je geen moment te vervelen. Vriendelijke werknemers en op en top schoon.
Bij de bar was er maar 1x 6 biertjes en daarna was het op de gehele vakantie. ‘Sochtends geen croissant te verkrijgen. De golfkarretjes rijden echt hard gevaarlijk met kinderen.

Het binnen- en buitenzwembad voldoen goed aan de verwachtingen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het sanitair is wat verouderd, maar wordt goed schoongehouden. De campingplaatsen zijn redelijk, maar in combinatie met het sanitair zeker geen 5 sterren waard. De camping ligt in een natuurlijke omgeving en veel bezienswaardigheden liggen in de directe omgeving.
Het afhaalbrood is ronduit verschrikkelijk. Het stokbrood is veel te dun en veel te hard. Een echtelijke ruzie zou met een klap van het stokbrood fataal aflopen. Het chocoladebrood was helemaal niet gaar! We hebben dus maar 10 dagen LIDL stokbrood gebakken, wat 100 x beter was. Hoewel de ene keer dat wij bij het restaurant gegeten hebben, het eten goed genoeg was., is er totaal geen sfeer. Ook de openingstijden van 17:00 uur tot 21:00 uur én op woensdag gesloten, dragen niet bij aan ons vakantiegevoel. De zaak kan een goudmijn zijn. Dit mag je je als campingeigenaar aanrekenen.

Na onze verhuizing van de plek naast het zwembad hebben we weer op een wereldplek gestaan, midden in mooie natuur. Je blijft als vanzelf tot ver na 23:00 uur zitten om te genieten van de rust en de "natuur-geluidjes" (Duiven, kikkers etc.
De eerste avond hadden we een plaats naast het zwembad waar een grote groep (20 a 30) jonge meiden verschrikkelijke pret hadden. Maar de herrie was niet te harden. Gelukkig daarna een andere plaats gekregen want we waren al van plan om op te stappen.

Om 21.00 uur na een restaurantbezoek buiten de camping konden we het terrein niet op, alhoewel dit op papier tot 23.00 mogelijk zou zijn. De code lag in de camper. We waren met de fiets onderweg.......heb over de omheining moeten klauteren en iemand van het campingrestaurant verstond dan wel de situatie.......

Het was leuk. We hebben er 1 nachtje gestaan. Prima camping vooral voor de wat kleinere kinderen.
Het was erg druk in het restaurant. De jonge die ons hielp was super aardig alleen te weinig personeel om de boel bij te kunnen houden was erg druk voor hem.

Mooie rustige camping. Voldoende activiteiten voor de wat jongere kinderen en gelukkig niet al te massaal.
Sanitair is wat verouderd. Gelukkig wel heel warm water.

Het binnenbad met glijbanen voor de kleine kinderen was echt perfect voor onze dochter om de dag af te sluiten en even uit de hitte te komen. Buiten bad was ook fijn. Douche en sanitair altijd schoon en nooit een rij gezien. Staanplaats was met genoeg privacy en alles lekker op loopafstand. Gelukkig ook wat schaduw plekken. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad hier met onze kids van 2jaar en een van 6 maanden. Komen zeker een keertje terug!
Ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid, zou leuk zijn als hier wat meer aangeboden kan worden.

Wij hadden een mooie grote plaats met veel schaduw. Leuk zwembad en leuk aangelegd park met eikenbomen. Vriendelijke receptie en gezellige Franse sfeer op terras. Voornamelijk jonge gezinnen waardoor de nacht vroeg kon beginnen.

Super voor de kleine kids die net kunnen zwemmen.
Het sanitair is wel erg oud. En de nieuwere zijn door een die het zelf klusser gemaakt. En niet de beste helaas.

er waren veel (Nederlandse) kinderen dus we waren er nog geen 5 minuten en de beide kids 8jaar waren al vertrokken. ze hebben de dagen heerlijk lopen ravotte van het buiten zwembad naar het binnen zwembad, en heerlijk struinend door de straten van de camping.
wij waren met een camper en het is op de fiets best wel een eindje voor de eerste supermarkt te vinden is.

Leuke zwembaden, en een goeie staan plaats. Met zon en schaduw! Heel fijn! Leuke stad in de buurt, heerlijke gegeten. Met Google translate kan je je prima redden in de stad. Aanrader is ook orleans, hele mooie stad!
De douches en wc laat de wensen wat over. Sommige douchen konden niet warmer. Dus stond je koud te douchen. Net zo als deuren van bepaalden de douchen , die wouden niet goed op slot. Restaurant voor doet hun best, is maar 1 iemand die goed Engels praat. Veel wespen, wordt niet veel aan gedaan. Onze zoon werd hier ook door geprikt op de eerste avond. Bestellingen gaat fout, door taal. Wordt wel verbeterd. Goed op prijzen letten of je de juiste prijs betaald. 1 x bijna 4 euro te veel betaald voor ijsjes.
