What a find! We received a warm welcome at this rustic, charming site set in a lovely apple orchard. So much nicer than the overpriced site nearby we've previously stayed at. We'll definitely be back :)

We had a really large, sunny pitch in the open orchard surrounded by apple trees. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the road.

Our reception was lovely and our pitch was fab. Large, relatively private with hedgerow on all sides and a great amount of sunshine. Also loved the little access space in the hedge to get through to the toilet block behind.
The toilet and shower blocks are very dated with NO HAND SOAP or hand dryers in the toilets. Decor not so much a problem but having hand soap is a necessity so a poor oversight. We were also a little disappointed that the swimming pool was closed despite the 30 c temperatures, but appreciate that this was likely due to the time of year.

Location and camp very good for Calais. Relaxed atmosphere
Waiting for someone to attend reception and having to phone. Boiler for sanitarium DOES make a noise overnight. Toilet paper was not refilled.

Nicely situated on the outskirts of Licques and easily accessible from the A16 and A26 and within 30mins of Calais. Nice as a stopover site. However we stayed for 6 nights and found plenty to do in the area.

We used this campsite as a short stop-over on our way to the tunnel in Calais. Given the short amount of time we were there we only made use of the toilet block, which was clean. However there was no soap in the toilets so we had to remember to take our own each time we needed to use the toilet.

Convenience to Calais
The whole site was a little run down... rotten apples all over the place making mess.. toilet was basic to say the least ,showers didn't even want to use them, lots of cobwebs.. definitely won't be back. Very expensive for what it was...
